About Chef Madeline Winfield
“Madeline provided meals for us for several weeks, and they were truly delicious without exception. The quality of the food was superseded only by the variety of the great ideas she came up with for new meals. The portions were enormous, and Madeline somehow never failed to have a cheery disposition when delivering them. I would recommend her services to anyone!”

My passion for great food and cooking began during my childhood in Chicago. At an early age, I had the opportunity to taste a variety of different meats such as rabbit, duck, venison, seafood (fish and shellfish), vegetables and I was often in the kitchen helping to prepare our wonderful family dinners. Our family tradition continues today with my brother and his family during vacations and holidays.
At age 14, I began to travel and was influenced by a variety of international cuisines and culinary adventures. From Mexico ,Caribbean, Greece, Italy, South Pacific islands, I have been inspired by delicious food made with fresh ingredients. My travel experiences motivate me to return home and cook dishes that I fondly remember.
While working in both travel and insurance industries, my love for cooking
and entertaining were always with me as a hobby and not a career. I longed for creative freedom and decided to leave corporate career to pursue my love for cooking. I enrolled in Le Cordon Bleu Seattle in 2012 and graduated in 2013.
Since 2012 ,I have worked for two Seattle caterers, Great Performance Catering and St. Clouds Catering. I gained valuable experience working in a team environment and helped create and execute amazing dishes and desserts.
It is very important to me to support the community and I currently volunteer monthly on projects to fight homeless and hunger in Seattle.
Jubilee Center – Secret Angel chef – cooks and delivers meals for residents to enjoy.

"You had THE BEST food at the wine party. It not only was delicious but the presentation was lovely. She should write a book of hors d'oeuvres with beautiful pictures. The quinoa bean cakes were all perfectly round!"

"Madeline, you were a life-saver. Thank you so much for the hors d'oeuvres your prepared and served at my wine tasting. They were delicious! And your complete clean-up afterwards was a wonderful greeting the next morning. Thanks for taking the stress out of party-giving!”
